Frequently asked questions
Good questions are welcome here.
Here are a few things people ask before requesting a session.
Do you take insurance?
This is currently a private-pay service. Pricing and session options will be shared before scheduling.
Is this instead of seeing my doctor?
No. We help you organize and understand your existing instructions, then prepare questions for your doctor, pharmacist, or other care provider.
When should I reach out?
You can reach out as soon as you're home. We'll respond within one business day to discuss availability and whether the service fits your needs.
What happens in a session?
We review the instructions you received, organize follow-ups and your medication list, discuss documented warning signs, and write down questions for your care team. We do not make treatment decisions.
Can a family member join?
Yes, a caregiver can take part with the patient's permission. We can discuss the best setup when we follow up on your inquiry.
How is my information handled?
Please keep health details out of the public inquiry form. Before a session, we'll explain our consent and information-sharing process. Final privacy and consent documents are being reviewed before launch.
Can you change my medications or tell me what to take?
No. We can help organize the list you were given and identify questions or possible discrepancies to raise with your pharmacist or prescriber.
